Everyone travels, spending a lot of time on the road, going from one place to another, to work, home, to a loved one, or on a vacation. So it really makes sense, if we make our time driving, as safe as possible. The Early Warning EW3100 radar and laser detector lets you do exactly that, giving you consistent alerts to radar threats, keeping you aware of approaching hazards, and constantly reminds us that we may be dangerously driving too fast. The EW3100 is capable of detecting all types of radar bands, such as the X, K, Ka, Ka-Pop and Superwide Ka bands. The EW3100 is also featured with a full 360-degree Laser Detection technology, which tracks laser signals from every angle of your car, front, rear, or the sides; it detects laser signals generated from Pulsed, UltraLyte, LTI-2020, and Prolaser laser guns. Early Warning is fitted with a high resolution icon display screen, making the visual cues clearly discernible at any lighting condition. The real voice alert technology informs you of every nuance the detector goes through, from the ready and start up sequence, to warnings on radar and laser signal detection, in 25 distinct and clearly understandable vocal messages which can be set to speak in either English or in Spanish. The safety warning system detection gives you early warnings on nearby road hazards, railroad crossings, or approaching emergency vehicles. The numeric signal strength indicator displays the signal intensity from "0" to "9", the closer the source of the signal, the higher the numerical value. With the auto mute selected, the audio warnings are automatically reduced by 50% when a threat is detected, you don't have to fumble for a button to lessen the noise in your car. The City or Highway mode, allows the use to easily select the appropriate sensitivity setting, providing greatly reduced false alarms in highly urbanized areas, or increasing the sensitivity in highway driving conditions. The EW3100 is also capable of providing defense with pulse or instant-on radar, and notifies you of sudden high levels of radar and laser signals. The unit is also featured with an easy-to-follow tutorial mode, demonstrating all the functions and features of the detector. The package includes a dual plug adapter, allowing for the operation of the detector, while simultaneously leaving an extra lighter plug for you to attach other peripherals to, such as laptops, and cell phone chargers.
