The Uniden GPSRD is simply a radar detector, equipped with GPRS capability; it has the features of a high end Uniden radar and laser detector, but can also assist you in finding directions towards your destination. As with all GPRS technology, the unit supports regular uplinks to ensure up to date maps and accurate directions.
